We guarantee against manufacturers' defects/Damage for 30 days from the date of the delivery. We must be notified of the defect/Damage within 5 days of the product delivery.
All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping.
Customers are responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling.
Customers must contact us and get an R.M.A Number prior to returning a product.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number.
